I told them I actually never spoke with anyone yet with regard to my application and I asked if she could answer the questions I had about the position and the benefits. They said no, all they can do is schedule the interview with the hiring manager. So we scheduled the interview. The interview was a video call with the hiring manager. As soon as the call started they jump what seemed like the middle of the interview, no introductions. I mentioned during the interview that I had actually never spoken to a recruiter and at the end of the interview the hiring manager said they would be in touch themselves the same day or the day after. However, I’ve haven’t heard anything from Coty after the interview. Despite 4 follow ups from my side.
