The interview was mostly behavioral questions. I was extended an offer at the end but had to decline it. I was shocked to find out after FOUR rounds of interviews for an internship at an international company, the pay for a post-grad 1 year internship in downtown toronto was bare minimum wage ($35,000 CAD a year…) it was non-negotiable and no benefits either (how can one live in downtown Toronto at that salary?? With a university degree?) not everyone has the financial means or luxury to be able to live at home rent-free and the cost of living in Toronto is extremely high.
The internship also did not guarantee a full time position after so ultimately I had to decline the offer. There are so many other companies willing to pay more and will value their interns instead of overworking and underpaying them, do not waste your time interviewing here!

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions, my previous experience, why I’m interested in working at Coty, transferrable skills etc
Interviewed with HR in December, in which they were 15 minutes late and had to give them an email. Moved on to an interview with the marketing managers, where they rescheduled a couple of times. It felt like an interrogation rather than a conversational interview ,but fairly straightforward.
