HR interview Round ( Salary Discussion & Offer Generation)

Entretien
Online only. Recorded Interview with pre-determined questions. Followed by a round of online questions aimed at processing speeds and style of thought. The last round of the interview was a day group event where similar puzzle style activities where planned, with some individual tasks snuck in. Key leadership skills and authority was noted however, fairness remained a consistent theme.

Muito prático, ajuda do RH em todos os pontos, as empresas deveriam se espelhar nesse tipo de processo seletivo, sempre disponíveis e atentos a todos os detalhes, várias formas de contato como e-mail, whatsapp, telefone, nunca deixaram na mão.
