The interview process was quite responsive. It includes:- 1st round: HR round 2nd round: Technica interview pertaining to skills and capability required for the relevant field. 3rd round: English pro test

It was an inspirational time of the interview. I felt Interview process and hiring approach is very good in Cap Gemini. HR are do support greatly. They have asked lot of questions in interview and I have answered as well.
