I found the interview process to be both professional and comfortable. The entire process was well-organized and seamless. The questions asked were highly relevant and allowed me to share my skills in a meaningful way. Additionally, regular updates and prompt responses demonstrated a commitment to clear and cooperative communication, which was one of the most impressive aspects of the process. Overall, I am very pleased with how smoothly everything was handled.

This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.
