First stage of the interview was a meeting with the recruiter who explained the role, what was expected of you and what you would gain from the process. Low pay was mentioned up-front and was never hidden.
Second stage of the process was an interview on site (Capgemini, Inverness) with the recruiter. Standard interview questions were asked such as "Where do you see yourself in five years?" and questions were asked to find out if you have a genuine interest in IT, "Have you built your own computer?", etc.
Third stage of the process was an interview on site (Capgemini, Inverness) with the Capgemini team. The first thing we did was a group exercise then we moved on to 2 separate interviews, one asking more technical questions, and one that was HR focused. After completing those interviews an aptitude test was administered. That concluded the interview.
Later on in the day or the next day applicants found out if they had been successful in their application.
Start date was set over a month later and in that time we waited two weeks for an offer to come in via email. We had to provide all information needed via email.
