There was three round for interview process at Capgemini. One HR and two technical round. First round had discussed on profile screening and salary expectation. Second all my previous experience and knowledge on my domain.

Entretien

Interviewers were professional and focused on understanding both domain expertise and practical experience through real-life scenarios and project discussions. Each round lasted around 35–45 minutes. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.

Entretien
Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
