I got the interview call directly from Capgemini. My first technical round was scheduled on team.it was conducted for 1 hour & was good. Questions are completely from technical side. After clearing this round 02 More technical round happened which are from Client side. Once all technical rounds cleared I got the HR Call. The complete Interview process is transparent & good.

Entretien

Interviewers were professional and focused on understanding both domain expertise and practical experience through real-life scenarios and project discussions. Each round lasted around 35–45 minutes. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.

Entretien
Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
