Postulé enligne - entretien classique rh à distance avec un gros point positif sur l'écoute des demandes et pas juste un "ça rentre pas dans nos grilles / habitudes". Il y a eu des propositions et pas qu'a l'unilatéral pour eux. - discussion à distance très ouverte avec le manager sur les attendus du job, mon rôle, mon expérience, ma vision, sans langue de bois ni novlangue. pas de tests débiles - rencontre physique avec la team à intégrer sans la présence de supérieurs

Multiple stages - First main interview went very well, the interviewers were friendly and asked basic technical Qs and requested examples of where you have implemented solutions or how you have mitigated problems. The next stage was all over the place. There were two interviewers and only one did the talking, they kept interrupting when I was giving examples and did not give me the opportunity to answer the Qs extensively thus, preventing me from conveying my knowledge as fully as I would like.
