First they send me an online evaluation. I completed it, wasn't anything crazy hard just a few basic algorithm problems and some logic questions. So I get an email from a recruiter at the company, they say I did very well and lets set up a time to talk, fill out this form for me. I fill out the form and the next day, I get an auto rejection email. I have no idea what changed, the form only asked about times to talk. Why waste my time with the online assessment if you didn't like my resume in the first place??

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.
