One round of technical interview. I was given offer after that which I accepted. Unprofessional and irresponsible treatment by recruiter. * Hiring recruiter gave 5-6 delayed joining date. * He never replied to my emails. So, I had to call him every time and he didn't use to pick up calls either. When I tried to reach other recruiters, they kept on saying he was busy in meetings all day. * He would have seen that coming when my start date would be delayed, he never bothered to respond to me unless I reached out to him on my given start date. * After signing the offer letter, he made me wait for more than 2 months and then eventually stopped responding. So, eventually, I gave up my expectations of working for them. Suggestion for management: * If unexpected things happen, we all understand, but then at least take the courtesy to let the candidate know the truth and be responsible. * Recruiters failed to keep their promise most of the time. I'm glad that I didn't work for them.
