2 rounds of interview technical and behavioral with director. They have very bad leadership practice .instead of behavior they take your another technical. it means you have 2 technical rounds so be prepared interviewer make you nervous. I don't know what's going on with Capgemini everybody leaving that company just because of that type of leadership .your Behavioral interview is much depth technical interview.

Went through one round of the interview process but sadly didn’t hear back. Fairly simple process. Asked about my current skillset and basic interview questions in relation to the role
