Multiple HRs shortlist my profile over a period of 1 month and conduct interviews.
In most of the interviews, I feel I have answered almost all questions asked and positive about the feedback from HR.
But they don't respond later.
I can say, they are having a very loose system in hiring where it doesn't matter about the candidate experience, and recruiter has no clue what managers are looking for just randomly picking guys and interviewing.
questions asked are basic c++,OOPS concept and in some case database SQL concepts.

Good and easy , mostly on technical side . Discussed about the project and day to day roles and responsibilities. Also focuses on sql and python and snowflake and how to manage them .

Entretien
Interview was smooth, and very professional. Both interviews were taken by qualified panel and in professional manner. Overall the interview process left a positive impression about organization. Interview difficulty level was average, and according to the role.
