It was online telephonic interview process. Including technical HR rounds. All technical questions are related to the technologies I was working to recently i.e. Micro service, Angular and and core Java. In HR interview round the questions were related to my personality, strengths, weaknesses, capability to handle the role and to check my background.

Entretien

The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.

Entretien
Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
