The hiring process is very pathetic and worst, I do not see such kind of hiring process in my entire IT career.
Even after clearing Telephonic, Technical, Managerial,HR round, they're not release the offer letter telling that due to business constraints we didn't offer an employment letter at this time.
HR/recruiter guys are not professional, Firstly they told me will only give you ... CTC n even I agreed to work on the offered CTC.
Despite sending couple of follow up emails for releasing the offer, Every time they told me soon you'll receive the offer.
I pressurized him to provide the final update then they told me approvals are not received n bla bla

Entretien
The interview process at Capgemini was quite straightforward. I had a single interview, which was conducted directly by the clients. The discussion focused mainly on my technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience relevant to the role.
Overall, it was a smooth and focused process, and the communication from Capgemini was clear and supportive throughout.

"How would you troubleshoot and resolve a replication synchronisation issue in SQL Server?"
I have given four technical round interview after that one English Moch test to get offer from Capgemini , it was very interesting and different from other company, I am very happy and excited to work with
