Entretien
Interview was scheduled at 11am and it started at 1pm. Management was really bad. Interview process was not good. People were waiting for 1st round of interview to happen but they were not entertaining. Interview panel took lunch break by leaving interview people behind. It was looking like they are taking interviews only for formality purpose. It was told that its scheduled interviews but actually its walkin drive. I would not recommend this company. Go for small scale or mid size company but not capgemini at any cost. At the end of 2 rounds they ll tell you we ll call you and you will be waiting for their call for rest of your life.

my interview held after 2 days
I got confirmation that i was selected after 15 days,
I got offer letter after another 17 days , it was too much long process , but waiting pays at last , now my doj from my interview date is around 2 months

It was very good, the process took 3 weeks, there are 3 rounds in the process 1. Video Technical round
they asked about selenium related questions and Roles and responsibilities in current project
2. HR round.

Overall nice interaction with recruitment person.
