Recruiter called. She was very friendly
Manager called. He really liked me. Ask me behavior questions. Nothing too difficult.
Got called in for campus interview day and spoke with 2 interviewers and then a case study with 6 other candidates
Couple weeks later HR called and offered

My experience with Capgemini's interview process was very structured and candidate-friendly. The interviewers were polite and focused only on the skill sets mentioned in the job description.
The questions were mainly from my domain - QA, SQL, requirement understanding, and Agile methodology.
Most topics were standard and easily available for preparation online, so if you know your basics well, the process feels very smooth. Overall it felt more like a discussion about real project work rather than tricky questions.
