I applied through college and i interviewed with capgemini in the month of october. The overall process was easy and as there are more students, it took 2 days for capgemini to interview all the qualified students. It consists of 4 rounds. The first round was written test which includes normal aptitude qsts and essay writing is also included in this. The second round was pseudo code round and The third round was technical and it is kind of like stress management for me. TR asked me some basic questions on c, python etc.and finally, Hr round it went on easy with some general questions... All over it was a good experience and eagerly waiting to join capgemini....
