I applied for Capgemini via campus recruitment, the process was a 3-step process, the first was an aptitude test on Cocubes platform, those passing this had to give a coding exam to be short-listed for the interviews. The interviews were two-fold, 1technical and 1 HR.

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
