I have given close to 7-8 interview rounds for different account. First time selection was done, documents were taken but offer was not released reason don't know not they had any courtesy to reply on my any mails inspire of numerous follow ups. Again after 6 months I was approached for the same role. Interview scheduled but no call came and this happened 3 times. Post which one round of interview happened with external client
I was selected offer was rolled out but I asked for negotiation and that took 1 month to get approval and post which they said because your NP is 90 days we can't roll out new offer. I discussed with my supervisor who said I would be released in 60 days and same I communicated to CG HR. But they took another 20 days to reply and said sorry we have to drop you as client wants candidate to join in next 30 days. Horrible experience... Not sure if I could believe any HR anymore

The interview process was smooth, transparent, and well-organized throughout. It consisted of three rounds: L1, L2, and a client interview. Each round was conducted professionally, and the interviewers were supportive and focused on assessing both technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
The L1 round primarily focused on technical skills and experience, while the L2 round involved more in-depth discussions on project experience, architecture, and practical scenarios. The final client interview was conversational and focused on understanding domain knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability for the project requirements.
The overall process took approximately 20 days from the initial interview to the final confirmation. Communication from the recruitment team was timely and clear throughout the process, making the overall experience positive and seamless.
