Entretien
We were placed through Campus Placement. Company has hired a 3rd party agency who conducted our Preliminary test. After that GD was schedulled. Selected candidates were then interviewed by Capgemini's managers. There were 2 rounds - Technical & HR.
In all, it was nice experience.

Question 1
There wasn't any difficult question in interview. Basic questions were asked.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

Explain your articleship experience and the financial reporting responsibilities you handled.
2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
