      Had the worst experience with Capgemini. Firstly, they have online assessment test as the first round followed by F2F managerial round. Once I had completed the assessment, i got a call for F2F. On reaching the office once all the rounds were clear, in HR round they told me that the job location was not Bangalore. It was not mentioned in the enitre process. After 1 month i get another call from same HR, where she asks me to undergo the complete process again as they could not consider my earlier interview reviews since it was for different location. The again the same story happened. When i was called for F2F, they made me wait for an hour and after that had a telephonic interview. After 20 days, they called for the F2F again, and this time they did not remember that my interview was scheduled on a working day. They do not have the courtesy to even show up and tell me about the misunderstanding. Instead they choose not to answer my call and make me wait at the reception for 2 hrs.

      Entretien

      It was amazing. Very smooth process. Had a MS Team call for technical interview. HR was very supportive. Helpful with Step by step on boarding process. Overall it was very good experience.

      They randomly called people without shortlisting and at once around 350+ candidates queued up for the interview at the company gate for walk-ins. Very poorly organised by the HR management. They had no idea how to handle these many candidates . They started interviewing and filtering candidates 4/5 people at a time. A candidate is not given enough time to be interviewed though he already invested his time in wating for the interview. The HR I think were too lazy to shortlist the candidates beforehand. There were not enough people to take interview of the candidates. Plus they could not manage the crowd that came. These kind of walkins where you invite people without shortlisting maybe there to frustrate the candidates and show to them that there is no shortage of human resource for the company and employees definitely have to give in to it and work for pennies.
