1st day they took HR interview to check communication skill, and later they gave written test which consists of verbal ability, calculation ability and accounting knowledge. On the same day evening I got call from HR for operation manager round which was on next day.
Ops manager round was bit tough caz he was asking many questions on accounts and I was able to answer them all.. and on the same day evening again I got call from HR to collect Offer letter.
The interview was mainly focused on my current role and work experience. The interviewer asked about my responsibilities, daily tasks, projects handled, and technical knowledge related to my work. They were interested in understanding my practical experience, problem-solving approach, and how I manage tasks. The discussion was professional and comfortable.
