Review of Interview Process at Capgemini
I had the opportunity to interview with Capgemini in Casablanca back in 2018. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:
Interview Process:
HR Call:
The initial contact was an HR call, which was informative and straightforward. During this call, I was asked about my background, skills, and motivation for applying to Capgemini. The HR representative was professional and friendly, providing a good first impression of the company.
On-site Interviews:
Following the HR call, I was invited for on-site interviews. I met with two interviewers who were both knowledgeable and engaging. They asked technical questions related to the role I was applying for, as well as behavioral questions to assess my fit within the company culture. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested in my responses and provided insights about the team and projects.
Outcome:
After the interviews, I was informed that the position I applied for did not meet my expectations in terms of responsibilities and growth opportunities. While I appreciated their transparency, I felt that the alignment between my skills and the role could have been discussed more thoroughly during the interview process.
Conclusion:
