I applied through the website itself. Then got a call from recruiter he explained me the interview process in short it was initial screening round over a phone. Then they scheduled my interview which was panel interview for about 2hrs. There was 1 coding question which I solved. then they told me that hiring manger will contact you but I haven't receive any communication from them. I even mailed them for 4-5 times but they did not reply. Worst interview experience ever I had. I don't know why recruiters don't give reply once the interview is done. Even if you reject us, at least let us know. Why to keep us waiting.

I had three interviews: -Initial call with recruiter -Interview with Software Engineer Manager -Interview with Panel (2 Scrum Masters, and a Senior Software Engineer). I thought the interviews were great, I had a good time speaking everyone but I ended up being ghosted by the recruiter. After the final interview, I waited for 2 weeks with no reply. I sent two emails inquiring about an update and was never provided with one. After spending time studying and interviewing for a position, I would expect at least a rejection email.
