I applied through the website itself. Then got a call from recruiter he explained me the interview process in short it was initial screening round over a phone. Then they scheduled my interview which was panel interview for about 2hrs. There was 1 coding question which I solved. then they told me that hiring manger will contact you but I haven't receive any communication from them. I even mailed them for 4-5 times but they did not reply. Worst interview experience ever I had. I don't know why recruiters don't give reply once the interview is done. Even if you reject us, at least let us know. Why to keep us waiting.

Entretien
After an Employee referral, I had to take part in an Initial Phone screen which was about 10 minutes with a recruiter. Then I had scheduled a 60 minute interview call with a hiring manager.

Entretien
I had three interviews:
-Initial call with recruiter
-Interview with Software Engineer Manager
-Interview with Panel (2 Scrum Masters, and a Senior Software Engineer).
I thought the interviews were great, I had a good time speaking everyone but I ended up being ghosted by the recruiter.
After the final interview, I waited for 2 weeks with no reply. I sent two emails inquiring about an update and was never provided with one. After spending time studying and interviewing for a position, I would expect at least a rejection email.
