4 rounds to go, 1st was to take an online test, 2nd was just presentation, 3rd was with 2 interviewer and 4th was, didn't get to that stage. So no idea what is the 4th round like.

The interview process felt very human-centred. I could feel that the communication was two-way, whereas many other interviews I've experienced felt rather more one-sided. The questions were well-structured and thoughtfully phrased, allowing me from different cultural backgrounds to clearly understand the core intent of each question and respond effectively.

2 part group interview with standard questions. They want to make sure you’re capable of having great customer interactions and have the stories to back it up. STAR method heavily encouraged.
