2 part group interview with standard questions. They want to make sure you’re capable of having great customer interactions and have the stories to back it up. STAR method heavily encouraged.

The interview process felt very human-centred. I could feel that the communication was two-way, whereas many other interviews I've experienced felt rather more one-sided. The questions were well-structured and thoughtfully phrased, allowing me from different cultural backgrounds to clearly understand the core intent of each question and respond effectively.
