J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aerotek (Santa Ana, CA) en oct. 2020
Entretien
Referred by an employee and an internal recruiter reached out. It was honestly the worst interview I had ever had.
First of all, the recruiter was 15 minutes late. As soon as I sent a follow up email, she called me right away and said the call went too long. She did not even apologize or made sure it was still a good time.
Then, during our interview, it was so dry because she was obviously not feeling it. After I answered each question, she had no feedback and just kept hitting me questions after questions.
At the end, she was rushing me to my questions to her. She would even cut me off when I was STILL finish asking my question and just answered it. It was so rude and unprofessional.
I have not heard back in a few days but I don't even want to continue the process anyway. I don't want to say who it is but if you are reached out by a N. W., just watch out.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
