Two seperate interviews with leadership followed by an offer. It was a relaxed environment and there was no specific industry knowledge tested during the interview. Mainly behavioral based to see if you would be a good fit day to day.

My recruiter was amazing start to finish. I felt no pressure when talking about my life and work experiences. It was seamless! He made it easy to find me work and he kept in touch often to check on me.

Good interview process overall. No crazy difficult questions were asked, everyone seemed professional and knew their role within the business. Talked to multiple people to get a variety of perspective.

Was easy to meet with the recruiter. We discussed my needs for a job and where I would like to work. Once I got an interview, they helped me prepare! Followed me through the whole process! Made it so easy!

The phone interview went well and I went in for the job and got it! The guidance from the rep I had was great. Daily contact with my rep and he he was active in the search for my skills set.

It is hard they will try to talk you out of the job, ask about your personal life, they will ask about your work history and what life goals you have.

Phone screening Virtual interview On-site job shadow and interview Pretty standard interview process. They go in detail about your goals and theirs. The current employees were professional and nice. Willing to answer very in depth questions about their company.

Beware! You will get bait and switched. First they will change the position from permanent to contract after telling you they are scouting to fill a permanent position. Interview was fine. You will probably get low balled, and they might backflip and offer 50% more when you walk. Still, you won't be able to see important details of contract until late in negotiations. You want to read the contract language carefully. You will probably find a steep monetary clawback trap clause or similar language vaguely buried in fine print for not completing duration of contract, for any unspecified reasons. If you were brave enough to waste your time and you got the trap contract, they won't drop the clawback language. I suggest you string them along, drag out the process, verbally accept but never sign the contract, waste their time, and treat them like they treat their contractors.

Pretty straight forward. Took about 2 weeks to be hired. There was about 2 phone interviews and 1 in person interview for the job. I had to do another interview with the company who was going to hire me.
