It was hard to reach out to the recruiter as she was always out of the office.
Once I finally scheduled in person interview, the recruiter asked questions mostly on what I'm looking for in a job. Haven't heard back regarding job opportunity even after few weeks.

Phone screening. Then an in-person interview process: a minimum of two panels consisting of three people each. Then a few meetings with directors (if they liked you enough!) Fantastic company.
