The first step of the interview process was a phone interview to weed people out by a guy asking about 15 different questions regarding my past and experience. After this was conducted, I was assigned for an interview with the head manager of the Denver office. After speaking with him for about 20 mins. and being asked a number of intense questions, I met with an Account Manager. After speaking with her, I was able to leave for that round of the interview. I called back to find out they wanted to meet with me again, I met with 2 different women who I believe were Sales Account Managers which spoke briefly about their experiences with working in Aerotek and then came the situational questions where a definition was provided and I had to come up with an experience that the definition pertained to. After meeting with these women, I was able to leave that round of the interview. I then called in the following day to find out if I had made it to the final round of the interview which consisted of me shadowing someone in "the pit." I was not offered to come back to the final interview however, the interview process was very intense ... lots of questions being thrown around, inappropriate language was used throughout the experience ... unprofessional in my opinion. At the end of the process I was almost relieved seeing that I did not think I would be a good fit and I did not find the environment to be too professional. A lot of mind games were played ex. I waited in the lobby for 20 mins before the District Manager even greeted me which he admitted to "... doing on purpose to give the candidates a good sense of what Aerotek is about" ... which had no affect on me whatsoever ... I saw people sitting in the lobby coming in and out? Did not make much sense to me.
