I was asked to come in by a current recruiter who felt I might make a good recruiter myself. I spoke with 3 separate employees regarding their experience, and they had positive feedback about working there. Once I had enough interviews in person, on the hone, and via Skype, they scheduled me to meet with the manager of the office. He was rude, spoke about himself, and criticized me after answering each of his questions correctly with poise. I was so shocked by this experience that I decided I no longer wanted to interview there.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
