J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aerotek en févr. 2018

The interview process is streamline. You have an initial phone interview with a corporate recruiter, an in person interview, and then a half day job shadow. At first, I felt that Aerotek was interested in learning more about me and making a good fit, however my in person interview answered a lot of my questions regarding how they treat their employees. During my interview, the legitimacy of my success was seriously questioned and picked apart (they told me it didn’t make sense how a young woman could be successful in my position), my interviewers told me they would remind me every day that I would be the worst employee in the office, and that if I was not willing to work 60 hour weeks for $14 an hour then this isn’t the job for me. They were right. I can’t work in a place that doesn’t value their employees. I am pretty certain my interviewers had never take HR 101 as they asked me very unprofessional questions in an attempt to belittle my skills and question my character. I am fully aware that it takes hard work and dedication to be successful in a position however their version of hard work is unhealthy and ego driven. Do not recommend.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
