I got 3 different phone calls, the first was asking me about my job background and she asked me random questions about my current and past positions, like more detail, etc. She said it sounded like I'd be great for the recruiter position so she'd pass my information along to someone and they'd contact me in a few days. The second call was next week and basically just going over the same things as the previous phone call and she gave me more information about the recruiter position, and then she asked if I was interested in having a phone interview for that position. So I said yes, and a few days later I got the phone interview, again, going over my job history and experience, and was asked random test questions that put you on the spot. It was about 30-40 minutes long.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your most recent job, what do you do? Why are you going to school for that degree?
They'd also ask you those weird questions like, "what was an exceptional customer service experience and why", or, "when was a time you received criticism and how did you take it?"

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
