Entretien
There are 3 phases of the interview process. It begins with a phone interview that takes about 20 minutes. They'll ask you basic questions as to what you know about recruiting, why you're interested, and whether or not you're interested in sales. Sales is key to Aerotek's survival. Next is the panel interview with includes interviewing with 2-3 account managers. They are gauging your decision making skills, your confidence/assertiveness, your motivation, and of course... whether or not you are looking to go into sales. Then, you are given an opportunity to shadow recruiters and managers for half of a working day. You will get see how the operation runs and look at the Aerotek culture. Finally, it all boils down to the interview with the office's director.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
