Way too brief to accurately access your skills, experience, and education. The hiring manager didn't even look at my resume. It took about 3 minutes before she "offered" me the position. She was also late to the interview and left out major pieces of the job description and failed to set the expectations for the working environment. I left the interview thinking maybe she really read up on my resume prior to the interview however upon starting the job it was apparent she was rushing to meet hiring numbers and anyone with a pulse met those requirements. She completely ignored my previous experience in a production environment and education. That should have been a red flag right then and there.
