An Account Manger reached out to me via LinkedIn and asked to meet up saying that he had a position for me. Turns out it was a recruitment position at Areotek. The meeting went well and he told me he would pass along my resume to the internal recruiter. I was called the following week and had a quick phone interview where I was asked a little about experience and about what my job search had been so far. I was then asked to take part in a full phone interview the following day. The phone interview was relaxed and easy going. Then I was scheduled for a in person Interview the following week.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Entretien
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
