Easy and very straight forward and to the point it really wasn't an interview they just wanted to see if I was a good fit. I was so I received an offer a few days after and I accepted.

First contact was months after filing application where a phone interview was recorded. Afterwards testing proficiency in data entry was given, but that was only if you had proof of higher education; more extensive testing was given if you did not have a college degree. Once hired the training process was not organized well. The set it up was last minute and they were not clear in location and the class did not clearly teach the aspects of what the job entailed. I should of had a clue what I was in for At that point.
