First contact was months after filing application where a phone interview was recorded. Afterwards testing proficiency in data entry was given, but that was only if you had proof of higher education; more extensive testing was given if you did not have a college degree. Once hired the training process was not organized well. The set it up was last minute and they were not clear in location and the class did not clearly teach the aspects of what the job entailed. I should of had a clue what I was in for At that point.

Easy process and fast interview four questions with two interviewers it was a breeze I thought it would be a more difficult interview but fairly easier than a lot of other places
