      Avantages

      Good work life balance. Alot of projects to work on. Alot of upside if come from another established tech company. Staff here can learn from experienced technical personnel. This allows you to mold your team.

      Inconvénients

      Working with Technical staff that shouldn't be in tech. The mentality here is ,its not my job to do that. They use offshore engineering way too much and the people who are hired in office are all friends of family or related in some way. Only 1 type of culture exists here.

      Avantages

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Inconvénients

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
