      No work from home even when not on project Always on projects, maybe off 1 week/year No sick days off

      We are sorry to hear of your concerns and are committed to addressing any issues. All employees receive PTO that can be used for sick days as well. If you have requested time off and it was not approved, please request a meeting with HR and your situation can be discussed confidentially.

      - Growing firm (NYC office doubles every ~1.5 years) - Friendly atmosphere / team - Fast career progression (multiple internal promotions to manager, principal, and partner in NYC) - Exciting projects

      Avantages

      -Visa sponsorship for international workers -International office exchange opportunity -No travel required -Some intelligent colleagues

      Inconvénients

      -Micromanagement and a toxic office culture -High employee burnout and heavy workload -Management often appears focused on short-term utilization rather than long-term employee development -No WFH flexibility and no sick leaves (you have to use your PTOs for sick days) -Salary progression is slow compared with peers -Exit opportunities are limited, mostly within similar-tier consulting firms
