Throughout January and across our locations, we are decorating coffee sleeves with inspirational messages for local nonprofits. The sleeves pictured here will help brighten the day for families who are staying at Ronald McDonald House locations in central Ohio and Kansas while they have a child in the hospital.

      Worthington Enterprises today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire LSI Group, LLC (LSI) of Logansport, Indiana. LSI, which includes market-leading brands BPD, Logan Stampings, LSI Metal Fabrication and Roof Hugger®, is one of the largest U.S. manufacturers of standing-seam metal roof clips and retrofit components in the commercial metal roof market. The transaction is expected to close in January 2026, subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions.

      Throughout the last four months, our Learn and Lead: Empowering Our Trailblazers 2025 cohort has been working with Jay Dial in a condensed MBA-like course covering topics such as strategy, culture and leadership. Sessions have included analyzing case studies, small group discussions and an opportunity to give back through the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. Under the guidance of an experienced mentor, cohort members are working in teams to study a business challenge and develop recommendations that will be presented to our senior leadership team in early 2026. Worthington Enterprises invests in employee development in many ways, including a four-level Learn and Lead leadership development program. Level Four, Empowering Our Trailblazers, is for organizational leaders responsible for driving the company forward and delivering on our first corporate goal of earning money for our shareholders and increasing the value of their investment.

      Yesterday we welcomed the Columbus Council on World Affairs and students of its Global Scholars Diploma Program to our Innovation Center as part of an initiative to showcase how local businesses are engaging on a global scale. During their time with us, approximately 100 high school sophomores and juniors participated in full group and breakout sessions to learn some of the ways Worthington Enterprises is innovating, transforming and leading.

As a retired major general and commander of Ohio’s 5,000-member Air National Guard, Dr. Markovich shared how aspects of his military career, such as meticulous planning, attention to detail, staying true to a mission and prioritizing people, influenced many aspects of his leadership journey.

      Facility Spotlight: Our Raufoss, Norway, facility is home to approximately 120 employees who proudly make Ragasco composite LPG cylinders. Ragasco is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year along with the production milestone of 25 million cylinders. With automation at every step from raw material handling to final packaging, the site contributes to the region’s reputation as a hub for high-tech innovation. “The first time a cylinder is manually handled is when it’s loaded onto the delivery truck,” said Ronny Skjølås, plant and operations manager. Together and in the communities where they live, the Raufoss team embraces Our Philosophy and the spirit of “dugnad,” a Norwegian tradition of voluntary community work and connectivity.
