What does it take to build a Habitat for Humanity International home? Approximately 6,750 nails, 400 two-by-fours, and a lot of perseverance. As a company, we are proud to invest $7.75 million into the Wells Fargo Builds program, which will help create more than 350 affordable homes in 200 communities across the country this year. Our employees' dedication and support help to bring the homes to a reality for many in our communities.
Our Green Teams are groups of employees and environmental stewards organized in communities around the world. Members of Green Teams participate in sustainability efforts and join or lead environmental activities in their communities, supporting “green initiatives,” sharing environmental activities and events with other employees, and raising awareness about sustainable opportunities, among other efforts. The Glide — Relaunch program serves as an on-ramp for professionals to resume their careers and develop into future leaders, with specialized programming that includes mentoring, a skills refresh, core curriculum, and networking opportunities, along with a business assignment in their specific field.
