We’re thrilled to share that our commercial affiliate and business service center in Hungary has been officially recognized as a family-friendly company! This certification is a testament to our commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace, where colleagues at every stage of life feel valued and empowered. This recognition comes in addition to the Great Place to Work certification earlier this year! We know that becoming a parent is one of the most transformative milestones, and we’re dedicated to supporting our colleagues on that journey. From family rooms to Viatris Summer Camp for kids, to special parental leave for those participating in fertility treatment, policies and regular engagement with employees on maternity leave, we aim to build a culture that truly supports families. A big thank you to our team and leadership for making this possible, and congratulations to our colleagues for setting a powerful example of inclusive company culture!
