      Living our values takes more than just listening. That’s why we’re taking inputs from our employees and turning them into actions. Introducing a new Global Parental Leave: however you grow your family—through birth, adoption, or surrogacy—all new parents receive at least 16 weeks of paid leave at 100% of their regular salary. But it's more than just time off. It’s an investment in our relationships, giving our parents the time they deserve to nurture new family bonds. We're excited to implement this policy and see the positive impact on our colleagues and their families as they help us live our values and stand for inclusion.
