We’re excited to introduce Kristin Lanier Mc Crossan, a detail-oriented and methodical process documentation specialist in our Corporate Dallas headquarters! Kristin is skilled at managing projects and optimizing processes to improve efficiency across our markets. She also plays a key role in learning and documenting new processes and technologies for our Leasing and Property Management team and implementing these new initiatives across our company. Since joining Invitation Homes almost a year ago, she says her favorite part of working here is collaborating with the passionate members of the Continuous Improvement team and networking with local offices. Throughout June, associates across our 16 markets celebrated #PrideMonth at pop-up events in collaboration with our Open Invitation Employee Resource Group (ERG). From decorating Pride-themed cookies in our Corporate Dallas office and hosting a rainbow potluck in the Carolinas to throwing a disco dance party in South Florida, our associates came together to recognize the significant contributions of the LGBTQ+ community.
