Meet Chris Castillo, an HR technology manager working in our world headquarters Location. He says he got started in HR technology by accident, but his colleagues would say it was always meant to be 👏. “I had transitioned off Active Duty and applied to a company for a role that looked interesting, but I really wasn’t sure what it was about.” It was an entry-level position, but because he’s a quick learner and is ambitious, he eventually progressed into management and leadership roles. Chris credits what he learned while in the Army for a lot of this career success. “In the Service, you learn how to accomplish the job in front of you no matter what you’ve been trained in. The expectation has always been that you must make it happen, learn from failures, and never quit.” Thank you for your service, Chris!
