Today, we announced the acquisition of TeleMedik, a Puerto Rico based pioneer in the healthcare payer space. The acquisition strategically strengthens our end-to-end clinical and utilization management capabilities, expands our footprint across the payer–provider networks, and further enhances our fully integrated and differentiated Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) offering for health plan clients. By combining TeleMedik’s clinical operations and strong delivery presence across Puerto Rico with Firstsource’s AI, automation, and generative AI capabilities, we are strengthening clinical care and utilization management across the U.S., including Puerto Rico.
