From Assam to Nagpur — two regions, one powerful mission: empowering women. At Firstsource, we believe that when women are equipped with the right tools and support, they don't just grow — they lead change. In Assam, 100 rural women artisans from Darrang and Udalguri took the spotlight at the closure of Firstsource’s Digital Upskilling of Women Entrepreneurs through Technology initiative, with the Nasscom Foundation. Over 10 days of structured training and one-on-one handholding, these entrepreneurs gained crucial digital, financial, and entrepreneurial skills. Today, they’re ready to take their businesses into the digital age with confidence. In Nagpur, 50 incredible women received certifications at the closure of the Sustainable Livelihood program. In collaboration with Givfunds, the program promoted dignified income-generation opportunities through targeted skill development and entrepreneurial support — including training to become e-rickshaw drivers and access to micro-loans to start their journey. Two events. Countless stories of resilience, skill, and new beginnings. Because when women rise, communities thrive. 💙
